Week 69: BROWN

As the leaves release their grip from the branches, brown is beginning to dominate the landscape again.  Brown can be such a comforting color, can't it?  It's not as dark as black, but dark enough to avoid a lot of attention.  What do you think of when you consider this color?

This week, Cindy Coutts is returning as our sponsor and she is offering the Gina K. Holiday Basket pre-cut rubber stamps as a prize for this week's winner!  How great is that?!

Now let's see what the design team and guest designer have come up with for BROWN inspiration!

Guest Designer:  Bev

A simple font and limited embellishments keeps the sentiment as the focal point.

Using markers to colour an image stamped on coloured cardstock, or in this case kraft, adds depth and dimension to a one layer design.
